Rules for Finding the Mean
                                                          

1. First, add all the numbers to find the sum.

 

 Type  the sum in the box.  Then, click Check Me. 
The sum is  .

2. Then, count how many         
numbers are in the set.

  

 Click how many numbers there are. 
There are numbers in the set.

3. Last, divide the sum by the number in the set.

 Type the mean in the box.  Then, click Check Me.
The mean is  .
