Time Zones My dad has a great job . . . except that we have to move a lot. I miss my friends and grandparents so I just call them on the phone.

Last week I called my granddad, but he was at work. Then I called my friend, but he was still in bed asleep. How can I know when to call them when they will be able to talk to me?

My problem is that I am not using the Time Zone Chart to help me know what time it is where I’m calling.

Use the Time Zone Chart to find these times.
