This multimedia Web site is dedicated to Mr. Tommy Smith, a historian and educator from Bay County, Florida. It is through his desire to preserve our historical heritage and share it with the students of Bay County that this project came into being. His love for education and our local history are combined to present this Web site to be used by all students in Bay County. Tommy Smith Elementary School was named in 1992 to honor Mr. Smith's many years of service to Bay County Schools.
